These terms govern access to the Doctor's Street application, website, medical marketplace, accounts, ordering, payment, delivery, and support services.

By accessing Doctor's Street, creating an account, or placing or accepting an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must have the legal capacity and any permissions required to use the service and conduct buying or selling activity. We may request information or documents to verify identity, age, authority, professional status, or business activity.
Doctor's Street provides a digital marketplace that helps buyers discover and transact with independent sellers and suppliers of medical equipment, devices, and supplies. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, Doctor's Street is not the manufacturer, healthcare provider, prescribing professional, or owner of products listed by third parties.
Content and products on the platform are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek qualified professional advice for medical decisions and emergencies. Product availability on the platform does not establish that a product is appropriate for a particular person or use.
We may reject, restrict, suspend, or close accounts that cannot be verified, create risk, violate these terms, or must be restricted by law.
Sellers must have the right and all licences or approvals required to offer their products. Listings must be accurate and must disclose price, condition, specifications, availability, delivery limits, warranty information, and any applicable restrictions. Sellers must not offer counterfeit, recalled, expired, unsafe, unlawfully obtained, prescription-controlled, or otherwise prohibited items.
Sellers remain responsible for product quality, conformity, regulatory compliance, after-sales obligations, and statements made in their listings.
You must not misuse the service, break the law, infringe rights, submit false or harmful information, manipulate prices or reviews, evade fees, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the platform unlawfully, interfere with security, impersonate others, or use Doctor's Street to distribute prohibited products or content.
User-submitted content must be accurate, lawful, relevant, and free of third-party rights violations. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service.
Doctor's Street names, logos, interface, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to the service operator and are protected by applicable laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, permanent availability of a seller or product, or a particular outcome from using the marketplace. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctor's Street is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for third-party conduct, products, professional advice, payment services, networks, or delivery operations outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate risk, protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel, and the updated date will appear above. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Disputes are governed by the laws and courts applicable to the service operator and transaction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

يجب أن تتمتع بالأهلية القانونية وأي تصاريح لازمة لاستخدام الخدمة وإجراء عمليات البيع أو الشراء. وقد نطلب معلومات أو مستندات للتحقق من الهوية أو العمر أو الصلاحية أو الصفة المهنية أو النشاط التجاري.
توفر دكتور ستريت سوقاً رقمياً يساعد المشترين على اكتشاف البائعين والموردين المستقلين للمعدات والأجهزة والمستلزمات الطبية والتعامل معهم. ما لم توضح القائمة خلاف ذلك، فإن دكتور ستريت ليست المُصنّع أو مقدم الرعاية أو المختص الواصف أو مالك المنتجات المعروضة من الغير.
المحتوى والمنتجات على المنصة لا تشكل نصيحة أو تشخيصاً أو علاجاً طبياً. استشر مختصاً مؤهلاً للقرارات الطبية وحالات الطوارئ. وجود المنتج على المنصة لا يعني ملاءمته لشخص أو استخدام معين.
يجوز لنا رفض أو تقييد أو تعليق أو إغلاق حساب لا يمكن التحقق منه أو يسبب خطراً أو يخالف الشروط أو يتعين تقييده قانوناً.
يجب أن يملك البائع الحق والتراخيص أو الموافقات المطلوبة لعرض المنتجات. ويجب أن تكون القوائم دقيقة وتوضح السعر والحالة والمواصفات والتوفر وحدود التوصيل والضمان والقيود. يُمنع عرض المنتجات المقلدة أو المسحوبة أو المنتهية أو غير الآمنة أو المحصلة بطريقة غير مشروعة أو الخاضعة لوصفة أو المحظورة.
يبقى البائع مسؤولاً عن الجودة والمطابقة والامتثال التنظيمي والتزامات ما بعد البيع وصحة بيانات القائمة.
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو مخالفة القانون أو انتهاك الحقوق أو تقديم معلومات كاذبة أو ضارة أو التلاعب بالأسعار والتقييمات أو التهرب من الرسوم أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة أو جمع البيانات أو الهندسة العكسية بصورة غير مشروعة أو تعطيل الأمان أو انتحال الآخرين أو توزيع منتجات أو محتوى محظور.
يجب أن يكون المحتوى المقدم من المستخدم دقيقاً ومشروعاً وذا صلة ولا ينتهك حقوق الغير. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لاستضافته وتنسيقه وعرضه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها والترويج لها وتحسينها.
أسماء دكتور ستريت وشعاراتها وواجهتها وبرمجياتها ومحتواها الأصلي مملوكة أو مرخصة للمشغل وتحميها القوانين. تمنحك الشروط حقاً محدوداً وقابلاً للإلغاء وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخدمة لغرضها المقصود.
نسعى لدقة الخدمة وتوفرها، لكننا لا نضمن التشغيل دون انقطاع أو خلو المحتوى من الأخطاء أو بقاء بائع أو منتج أو نتيجة معينة. وفي حدود القانون، تقدم الخدمة بحسب توفرها.
لا تستبعد الشروط مسؤولية أو حقوق مستهلك لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً. وفي أقصى حدود القانون، لا تتحمل دكتور ستريت الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو تصرفات الغير أو منتجاتهم أو نصائحهم أو خدمات الدفع أو الشبكات أو التوصيل الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف الحساب. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند الحاجة المعقولة للتحقيق في خطر أو حماية المستخدمين أو الامتثال للقانون أو تطبيق الشروط أو معالجة عدم النشاط الطويل. تستمر الأحكام التي تقتضي طبيعتها البقاء.
قد نحدث الخدمة والشروط، وسنبلغ عن التغييرات الجوهرية بطريقة مناسبة ويظهر التاريخ أعلاه. لا تتأثر حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية. تخضع النزاعات للقوانين والمحاكم المطبقة على المشغل والمعاملة ما لم يوجب القانون المحلي خلاف ذلك.
